Terms and Conditions
Using This Website
These terms cover your use of the Addison Solar Installation website. We serve homeowners in and around Addison, TX, and this site is here to explain our solar work and help you decide whether to give us a call. By browsing it, you agree to the terms below. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the site, and feel free to call us with your questions.
Information, Not an Offer
The pages here describe services such as solar panel installation, battery storage, solar repair and panel cleaning in general terms. They are meant to help you understand the work, not to quote a price or make a binding offer.
Every home is different. Roof layout, shading, your electric usage and the condition of your existing equipment all change what makes sense. Nothing on this site counts as a promise of a specific result, a level of energy savings or eligibility for any incentive or tax credit.
How Actual Work Is Agreed
The only way to reach us is by phone. When you call, we talk through your project, and any job we take on is set out in a written agreement made directly with you. That agreement, not this website, governs the scope, price and schedule of the work.
Keeping Content Accurate
We try to keep what's written here correct and current, but rules, utility programs and equipment change. We can't guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. If something matters to your decision, ask us about it on the phone and we'll give you a straight answer.
Our Words and Images
The text, layout and images on this site belong to Addison Solar Installation or are used with permission. You're welcome to read, print or share pages for your own personal use. Please don't copy them for commercial use or present them as your own.
Limits of Responsibility
This site is provided as it is. To the extent Texas law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content, from the site being briefly unavailable, or from problems with your own device or internet connection.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
If you have a question about any part of this page, the same person who answers our phone can help. Reach us at (972) 810-3210 and we'll walk you through it.
